Currently serving as the Director of Regulatory Affairs for Egypt and North Africa, Haidy brings a wealth of expertise in regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, and regulatory compliance across Africa and Near East countries. Before joining Haleon, Haidy was the Head of Regulatory Affairs for Africa and Near East at Novartis Consumer Health. In this capacity, Haidy led regulatory strategies across a diverse and complex region, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. This role involved close collaboration with various stakeholders to navigate regulatory challenges and achieve successful results.

Prior to the tenure at Novartis, Haidy worked at the Egyptian Health Authority, where the foundation of a strong regulatory background was built.
