Mr. Lucky Marageni is a qualified pharmacist with a bachelor’s degree from Sefako Makgatho Health Sciences University (SMU) in South Africa. He carries extensive experience across retail, hospital, and wholesale pharmacy settings and currently serves as a Medicine Registration Officer at the South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA).

For the past three years, Lucky has focused on the quality evaluation of medicines submitted for registration, contributing to regulatory processes that ensure safe and effective healthcare products. Before joining SAHPRA, he held managerial roles in pharmacy practice, applying his expertise to improve operational standards and patient care.

Passionate about advancing healthcare across Africa, Lucky is committed to supporting regional regulatory harmonization initiatives that promote access to quality medicines and strengthen public health outcomes.
